CETA
CETA (Centro per l’Ecologia Teorica ed Applicata) is a research center specialising
in renewable energies, energy efficiency and sustainable biofuel production models. Green Engineering started to cooperate with CETA in 2008 for the development of a sustainable model for the production of bioethanol from sweet
sorghum. Now CETA and Green Engineering cooperate side by side on many
projects related to biofuels production, renewable energies and biomass
exploitation .

FIPPO, joining all the most important operators in the field of the officinal plants production for essential oils extraction, has a leading role in the scheduling, development and promotional activities of this sector. It surely represents the landmark for all those who, at any level, work and operate in the world of officinal plants and essential oils.

The PIERRE (Pole of Innovation Technologies on Renewable Energy and Energy Saving ) is a grouping of independent companies (research centers, service centers, trade associations, private companies) active in the field of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
It has been founded to stimulate innovative activity of firms encouraging their intensive interaction , shared use of facilities and exchange of knowledge and experience , thus promoting the transfer of technology and networking and dissemination of information between the businesses. The subject manager is composed of 13 subjects : COSVIG (leader ), Polo Tecnologico of Navacchio , Provincial Agency for Energy and the Environment of Siena, Empoli Val d'Elsa Development Agency , University of Siena, Pisa, Florence, Magona Technological Consortium , Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna , Institute of Chemistry of Organometallic compounds of CNR , CREA Research Center for Energy and Environment Colle Val d'Elsa, Sustainability and Climate Foundation , European Laboratory for Nonlinear Spectroscopy .

Green Engineering is member of the NANOXM pole. The technological field of the pole is nanotechnology, both to study in depth possible applications of male rial manipulation and test atomic and molecular level and to support the development of new materials and new processes. The interested productive sectors in the area are:biomedical, pharmaceutical, ceramic and glass with high-performances, plastic, water purification and catalysis, alternative energy, textile, construction and advanced mechanics. Nanotechnology is, for its inner nature, a multidisciplinary scienze covering relevant aspects in many different areas. Nanosciences are often defined horizontal, essential or comprehensive sciences since they can pervade virtually all technological sectors, and can often bring together different scientific disciplines, based on interdisciplinary and/or convergent approaches.
